Why do you do what you do?

I do this job because I have a passion for people and food. I love to serve our guests and I love even more to see their smiling faces at the end of a good meal at the Odyssey Taverna

 

What do you think sets The Greek Club apart from other venues?

The Greek Club is unique. There is nothing like us anywhere else in Brisbane and, probably, in Australia. We can cater for any convenience and ethnicity. We are the complete package.

 

What attributes do you bring to ensure we deliver the best guest experience possible?

I bring commitment for my job and attention to our guests. Like I said before, there is nothing I love more than the smile on our guest’s faces.

 

What have the highlights of your time at the club been?

The highlights of my time at the club have been getting in touch with a different culture, different people and building relationships that I’m confident are going to last forever.
